THE CHALLENGE

To help secure a better and fairer infrastructure funding deal, Ipswich City Council required a targeted strategy and campaign concept.

In the months prior to the 2024 State Election, there was a need to raise Ipswich’s profile with state and federal government, through elevating regionally significant projects to attract greater investment and increased collaboration with local, state and federal government. Additionally, we sought to garner strong support from voters and residents, educating them on the compelling evidence for a better deal.

Through this campaign, Ipswich City Council sought commitments from government and political candidates on better public transport, highway infrastructure and Ipswich Central second river crossing.

THE SOLUTION

In the lead up to the State election, we drove awareness of the advocacy campaign in political circles and within the Ipswich region, creating a strong, emotional and practical reason for locals to get involved and help achieve a better funding deal for Ipswich.

Our campaign also included strategic support and guidance for media and social media, ensuring consistent and prominent visibility across news and political channels.

“We Can’t Wait” emerged from a deep desire for change and a frustration to keep up with rapid growth in the region. Equally important was the anticipation of potential for Ipswich and the chance to turn residents into advocates for their city.

The campaign fosters a new attitude towards Ipswich and its potential, instilling city pride and mobilising residents to become advocates. In addition to a striking, campaign look and feel, we designed and launched a campaign landing page encouraging locals to learn more about the key projects that require funding. This also serves as a major driver for residents to Join the waitlist.

THE CHALLENGE

We were tasked to launch Prime100’s new air-dried dog food, specifically targeting ‘handbag’ dog owners. With limited budget and ‘Prime100 Air Dried’ for a name, the product needed serious grooming.

THE SOLUTION

We connected these beautiful dogs to the world of fashion via 30, 15 and 6 second videos that sought to blow the audience away, literally. Our tagline packed attitude: ‘air dried to perfection’ to pair with visuals of dogs whose coats were dried to perfection with high-power leaf blowers that blew their locks like the hair on a runway model. The videos even featured music that was fit for the catwalk.

Additionally, the creative was rolled out via static social tiles and a homepage banner.

THE CHALLENGE

Children’s Rights Queensland have made it their mission to create a future where every child knows they belong, and their rights are celebrated. Partnering with First Nations songwriter, Aunty Sharron mirii Bell, the song I Am Me was recorded to engage young listeners and their parents with lyrics celebrating diversity, rights and the importance of listening to our youngest voices. With over 20,000 plays online, Children’s Rights Queensland engaged us to create a book that complemented the song and could be used as a teaching resource.

THE SOLUTION

We created the children’s book I Am Me, with beautiful, hand-drawn illustrations bringing the song’s lyrics to life, page by page. Additionally, we highlighted key messages via type treatment, using our own custom designed ‘Typerighters’ font created previously for Children’s Rights Queensland. Working as a companion to the song, QR codes on the rear of the book open the music video for readers to watch.

The book launched at the Queensland State Library in late September 2024.

THE CHALLENGE

Kilcoy Global Foods is a provider of premium food solutions worldwide, with operations in Australia, North America, and China. As a first-time major partner of Beef Week—the cattle industry’s national exhibition—Kilcoy Global Foods took the opportunity to engage with industry leaders from across the world to showcase its commitment to innovation and its esteemed reputation for quality.

THE SOLUTION

We brought Kilcoy Global Foods’ ‘Paddock to Plate’ journey to life across the entire back wall of their pavilion. The design emphasised their dedication to innovation and their world-class food processing technology. The goal was for visitors to leave the marquee impressed and inspired by the company’s leading and sustainable role in the food industry. Additionally, we designed a press ad for the Beef Week program.

THE CHALLENGE

ATSICHS provide a diverse range of health and ancillary services to more than 12,000 clients. This includes seven medical clinics, two dental clinics, a youth service, an aged care facility, family and child support services including foster and kinship care, child protection, kindergarten programs and a family wellbeing program. Additionally, they provide accommodation for vulnerable women and children.

THE SOLUTION

Using their Aboriginal artworks, we developed a striking visual language across a range of print collateral and signage including reports, program flyers, brochures, Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), as well as various reports and signage for clinics and facilities. We ensured that these were in-line with their brand style guide and that the tone was vibrant and reflective of the rich indigenous culture, displayed through colour and iconography.

THE CHALLENGE

Fallon Solutions were looking for a new van livery to promote themselves as the best choice for trade solutions.

THE SOLUTION

We viewed this as an opportunity to highlight Fallon Solutions’ extensive range of trades and commitment to service excellence. Instead of merely crafting a vehicle livery, we designed a mobile billboard that proudly showcases their diverse expertise. We even threw in the kitchen sink, as plumbing happens to be one of their services!
