With a legacy founded by the Sisters of Mercy, Mater operates an extensive network of hospitals, health centres, and research institutes across Queensland. The organisation is committed to improving health outcomes and advancing innovation through compassionate care, world-class research, and a dedication to social responsibility.

We conducted a comprehensive strategic process to develop a brand framework that honoured Mater’s legacy while providing clear direction for future growth and visibility.



 

We successfully unified Mater’s brand under a clear, group-wide framework that strengthened cohesion and consistency across all areas. This work elevated the visibility of our diverse ministries including health, research, education, and foundation ensuring each contributes to and benefits from a unified brand presence.

Through this process, we strengthened stakeholder alignment and engagement, creating a shared sense of purpose and identity. Most importantly, we established a future-focused brand direction that positions Mater for continued growth, relevance, and impact.
